Wexco/Filtrol is unable to accept any returns/exchanges or honor the terms of a warranty/guarantee of any product purchased from a vendor other than Wexco/Filtrol, such as Amazon, Septic Solutions, or Ebay. Please contact the company that the product was purchased from to inquire their return policies (proof of purchase may be required).

**Any returns of 2 or more Filtrol units are subject to a restocking fee of $20 per unit.**

If after using the Filtrol for 3 months you don’t believe it is protecting your system or preventing microfibers from being released into the environment, send it back for a refund (shipping fees not included). *This guarantee is only valid for Filtrol unit and/or parts ordered directly from Wexco/Filtrol.

Place items back in the original packaging with proof of order, if possible, and the reason why you are returning the product and bring it to a carrier of your choice to have a label created addressing it to:

Once the item is received, the amount of the product (s) will be refunded to the method of payment used, shipping fee’s are non-refundable. Please allow 3-5 business days for it to show on your statement, reimbursement will be issued by Wex Companies Inc.

WARRANTY:

Filtrol units and/or parts purchased ONLY from Wexco/Filtrol, are warranted for life to be free from material defects and workmanship. * Parts included in this warranty are: Lid, Canister, Wall Bracket and Lid Clips. If for any reason you find a part(s) of your unit seem defective, please contact us at wecare@filtrol.net , live chat or at 888.983.2447 and we can assess the situation.

-Please note that altering any part(s) of the Filtrol and/or using parts that were not included nor intended for use with the unit will void all warranties. For example: fittings, breather valves, and added materials.
